Cancellation and Refund Policies
1.) If cancellation happens within the 3 days prior to your check-in date, you will be charge 100% on your first night stay.
2.) If cancellation happens 3 days before your check-in date, it will be a free cancellation (No charge occurs).
3.) All bookings made with third party travel agent such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and etc, cancellation and refund policy will be honored according to your booking conditions which stated on your booking voucher.
4.) All payment are transacted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Terms and Conditions
Standard Check-in Time will be 2:00PM. Any early check-in before 10:00am on the day of arrival will be subjected to RM60.00nett surcharge per room booking.
Standard Check-out Time will be 12:00PM. Any late check-out after 2:00pm on the day of departure will be subjected to RM60.00nett surcharge per room booking.
Maximum Pax occupancy in all room types:
Sleep Two "S"- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 2 pax
Sleep Two "M"- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 2 pax
Sleep Two "L"- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 2 pax
Sleep Two "XL"- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 2 pax
Sleep Three Easy- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 3 pax
Sleep Three Convertible- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 3 pax
Sleep Four Snuggles- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 4 pax
Sleep Five Groupies- This room can only accommodate maximum up to 5 pax
